We conduct a selection process
We select young individuals who strongly desire to contribute to the education sector and possess the knowledge and skills necessary to make an impact.
We involve individuals, regardless of whether they are teachers or professionals from other fields, in our Summer Training, providing them with the necessary theoretical knowledge, methodologies, and leadership skills.
